Got Jacob off training wheels celebration

It took a few years, but we helped Jacob get rid of those side wheels today, and then went for root beer floats!

Real army canons - wow!

Our favorite park concert every year is this one with the Oregon Symphony at the waterfront.  We skip rocks on the beach, eat coconut macaroons and ice cream, curl up in the blanket, and watch fireworks over the water, too.

But our favorite part is shooting the canons, wow, we got REAL CLOSE this year, had to wear ear plugs and even got blasted by the smoke!  Watch this:
