We rarely dress the same, because it scares the people.  

I won a race!

Abe: I ran this 1k fun run today and came in first, I even beat the "rabbit" runner!  Wow that was fun, but made me tired since I don't know how to pace myself.

Then we picked up grandma and went to THREE fun farms where we solved the corn maze, jumped on hay bales, rode a hayride, drank fresh cider and even picked our own fresh apples.

Cycle Cross #1, Apple Festival

Abe: this weekend we raced in cycle cross for the first time, which is this crazy sport where they make you ride on hills crowded with other riders and jump off your bike and carry it over walls and steps.  Can you see me in this bike crash and pile up at the start line?

Then we went to an apple harvest festival, tasted 49 different apples, then bought 47 pounds of our favorite ones!  Applesauce!  Apple crisp!!  Apples every day!!!

   

When I play hooky...

Dad's reading the Adventures of Tom Sawyer to us and we're learning things like playing hooky.

He asked us what we would do if we play hooky and Abe told him "go buy a remote control car" and Koh said he'd "go to LegoLand".

We scored unlimited rides bracelets today so dad said we could ride till we dropped.  Which we did, including two rides we were too scared to ride before today.  Check us out on the Screaming Eagle, dad wouldn't even go with us.

We're Tutor Doctors, too

Dad sometimes hires us to work at his company Tutor Doctor and we like it because it's doing fun stuff like marching in parades.  See how cool we are?   That's our friend Ciara and her mom.

From dad's place we can walk to railroad tracks and we just love playing on them.  

Backpack #1 Indian Mountain

For the first time in our lives we carried everything we needed to camp in the wild.  To be safe we brought Lilly and Maddie and their parents.  We watched the full moon rise, the sunset, the sunrise, threw many rocks and dust bombs, had a campfire and climbed a mountain.  

Plan B key

Daddy sometimes forgets the key to our new apartment.  Good thing Koh and I are brave, agile and skinny so we can save the day.  

Happy July 4th!

Today we had our last ever party at our Parkhill home, and invited over our Parkhill pals. It was a fun day with a bald eagle circling above our bicycle parade, a hotdog BBQ, then a whole bunch of fireworks we got to light as well as watch.
