Koh: Abe and I on occasion save up our bowel movements for these really big events, and lately we've been able to really pull off some big ones. When we do it BIG there is no steel-belted diaper that will hold it in and it explodes out onto ....whatever. Check this one out I let loose on dad just before he left for work today....

The great escape
Koh: We've been goin' outside alot as a family, and we really like it cause it's always on the move.... roller stroller walks a lot o the time and sumtimes in this really fast stroller with windows + music and sometimes right next to mom and dad's hearts in their front pouchy things. But yesterday they took us outside and made us stay TRAPPED in this little square cage. Abe and I dint like it 1 bit so while they were pulling weeds we did this escape right out of the top. Woooooooooah.... what a fall it was onto the ground and then we were just piled up on top of each other and could't move cause we're only 11 weeks old and our heads still just flop around and we can't even crawl yet. We got in real trouble for that and then I saw dad making this plywood lid....

French kiss lessons
Abe: Daddy says I'm very smart and socially advanced, too, so he's been teaching me some things about these birds and bees and stuff like that.... I really don't get much of it but I like the practice time he makes me do. Like the other day he taught me how to kiss a girl, and I did so well he taught me how to kiss a girl I reaaaaaaaalllly like. Here I am practicing on this one girl he says he used to practice on himself...

Hand to Mouth
Koh: Dad says he has a friend, Cynthia, who can put her whole fist in her mouth. I think that is so cool that I want to do it too. So I spend time trying to find my hand. At my age, you don't have good control over your arms. But I see my hand in front of my face a lot, just hanging out there. I try awful hard to get my fist to my mouth. I haven't yet got the whole thing in my mouth, but I'm working on it.

Our Dirty Laundry
Abraham: Yesterday Mommy decided that since I was the oldest (maybe it is only by one minute, but you just sit there and pretend you're at work and do nothing for one whole minute and see how long it is), that I could start helping out around the house. Now she and Daddy have a really great relationship and agree on many things. One thing they both agree on is that folding laundry is no fun. In fact, Daddy says the dryer makes a great closet. So Mommy gave me folding clothes as my first chore. It wasn't the most fun thing I did all day, but it was okay... except for not being able to find that one sock.

Naked Tummy Time with bed bugs
Koh: So mommy and dad won't ever let us sleep overnight with them... not in their bed and not even in their room. But on the weekend we get to go play in their bed in the morning and all 4 of us just chill out for a long long time. They call it "naked tummy time" because everyone's naked and it feels so nice and warm next to all that skin on those flannel sheets which are way nicer than that hard cold bad sheet in the crib. We can tell they love it because they just lay around like time is standing still... and normally we make 'em jump around 24x7 to take care of us.

Vapor Lock at the 8-week doctor visit
Abraham: Yesterday we had a doctor appointment where we got 4 shots each in our thighs! Let me just tell you how much that hurt. Koh and I both screamed so loud and for so long, Mom said we were in vapor lock. In fact, the nurses paused before giving Koh his next shot to be sure he was going to take a breath. Mom didn't like it much either. Seeing us so upset made her upset and she got tears in her eyes too. We were really fussy when we got home because the appointment took so long we were missing a meal and our legs hurt from the shots. But we made up for it by having our first night ever where we only got Mom up to feed us once. This is big! Mom thinks its because of the baby Tylenol we had. I better hide that stuff or Mom and Dad may want to give it to us every night if it makes us sleep that much.
Oh yeah - for those interested... I weighed 10 lbs. 14 oz. and Koh weighed 10 lbs. 13 oz.
